We contribute to the flourishing of people and organisations (CDM vision).

Starting from our vision, we feel we can do more to support OD efforts, in Romania and Europe. In this master class event, we invite you to join Shelly Hossain  for an input, discussion and dialogue with other top managers.

We will think and inquire together on how can OD (Organisation Development):

  • help us to see, understand and respond to the increasing pace of change in ways that reduce risk and increase value for us and our organizations.
  • give coherence in building sustainable capacity to support change and the flourishing of individuals, in our organisations and communities.

Shelly will share her thoughts on how:

  • OD Network Europe can support and build an OD community across Europe. This provides opportunities to share and learn with other OD practitioners via face to face regional groups, online discussion forums, etc.
  • OD as a field of knowledge can support key organisation challenges.

Shelly will share examples from her recent experience of working with clients. This will provide an opportunity to describe the OD models used to support the intervention, what worked and what emerged. She will describe how models such as Theory U, Appreciative Inquiry and the Consultancy Cycle have been used.
