Aneta graduated the Faculty of Letters, Babeș-Bolyai University and 16 years of experience in coordinating Human Resources teams in industries of services, marketing and production. She is a creative person that wants to develop people as much as she can and bring them joy in their professional life!

Aneta is a trainer in programmes of leadership, problem solving, engagement, executive career coach and consultant on Human Resources processes and relationships. She is involved in personalizing programmes for the evaluation of behavioral and professional skills of teams.

What guides her is a personal quote that she has experienced a lot in her professional experience: “Any problem has a solution, you just have to step back, you’ll see the solutions more easily.”
