She has become a trainer in 1996, following her training in Great Britain. As a former electronics engineer, she mixes rational thinking with her passion for understanding the human nature. She is specialised in integrated programmes of leadership / managerial development, delivering training modules, individual coaching and group coaching and consulting in change projects.
