The CDM team got bigger this autumn with two new consultants. The newest consultant in our team is Codruța Burda. She has previously worked in a multinational company in their department of learning and development, in a regional team, facilitating courses and virtual courses with participants from Edinburgh, Budapest, Cairo and Romania (several locations), contributing to the selection and development of leaders and the change of organizational culture.
She has 11 years of experience in human resources management, over 5 years in operational management, project management, in many for-profit and nonprofit, governmental and non-governmental, education community development and child protection companies. Codruța has managed grants from Romanian, American, Australian, Canadian UE governmental budgets and private funds. Her experience also includes approximately 8 years of coordinating a human resources department at an international level, with diverse multicultural teams and on a diverse geographic or legislative territory. She has worked face to face with diverse teams or has coordinated virtual teams from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Lebanon, Turkey, Iraq, Israel, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Serbia, Romania, Kosovo, Jordan and Cyprus.
Codruța graduated from from the Psychology and Social Assistance University, specializing in Organizational Psychology, Masters in Human Resources and Master in Leadership for International Companies. During her experience, she has met and worked with hundreds of leaders and potential leaders. This way, she learned to adapt the contents of her speeches and her facilitating style to a diverse audience. She has a lot of experience in managing change (organizationally, team related or personal), leader development programmes and the development of human resources processes.
Codruța is passionate about personal and organizational transformation, which can be seen in her personal mission to help leaders and companies in their development.
