Donatela Preda has an experience of 18 years in recruiting and selecting personnel, training and management consulting, and personal development with different companies from varied industries – IT, banking, automotive, production, services, etc. She has held and coordinated ample programmes of managerial development (with a duration of 8 months), facilitating organizational change(New-Team Start-Up, Transition Planning, Intergroup Mirror, Role Development, Team Goal Setting), facilitating support groups for supporting change in current practices, projects and facilitation through Evaluation and Skill Development Centers.
Donatela “lived” and practiced project and team management, developing and coordinating internal and external projects, many of which were funded by European funds (The European Social Fund, ACCES, PHARE) or other sources.
Donatela is a psychologist, with a master in Human Resources, certified in the Hogan methodology for developing and implementing Evaluation and Skill Development Centres, ANC trainer, Professional Abilities Evaluator, 6 Thinking Hats Facilitator and Design Thinking.
She considers every person capable to reach their desired changes if they are given a structured environment for analysis and action. This is why, in the programmes she developed, she has encouraged participants to focus on existing talents and real problems they’re tackling, to recognize “learning” when it occurs and to find solutions.
