Professional Coach, graduate of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj Napoca, specializing in work and organizational psychology. Graduate of a double master – University of Savoy, France and Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Among the graduated courses and qualifications gained by Oana are: certified trainer ANC 2014, CIPD – Certificate in Personnel Practice –MBA 2007 – 2008, certified project Manager ANC 2014, certified Counselor for personal development ANC 2015, Speaker, Trainer & Coach, credited John Maxwell 2016, Specialist in the coaching activity Coaching Partners 2017, certified Narrative coach 2018. Oana has 15 years of experience in human resources in executive and coordination positions, out of which 10 are in the banking system in a multicultural corporation. She discovered her passion for training in 2009 and since then she has delivered training programmes for companies from the pharmaceutical, banking, IT, automotive, production industries and since 2015 she started her coaching activity in one to one programmes, team coaching as well as training for developing coaching abilities. Her motto is “be the best version of yourself”.
