The CDM coaches create a safe psychological environment in which participants will be able to share ideas, learning points, concerns, and will be able to put in practice new skills, test approaches and new behaviors.

Through experiential activities and profound reflection processes we encourage getting out of your comfort zone, thus we increase the chances for long-term behavioral changes and the necessary motivation for putting in practice the ideas that are reconfirmed within the training sessions.

An active role of participants in the learning process

Participants are encouraged to define and discuss their concerns about aspects that they will face in the future or that they are facing now, take part of discussions and debates, working in a collaborative way with their colleagues and the CDM trainers.

The activities within a training session are conceived and dosed in such a way as to allow participants room for discussions, exchange of experience, reflection, conceptualization and planning. Participants will be assisted in looking for a practical solution or new ways of approaching the problems they face.
